The equipment can produce various kinds of asphalt mixes, modified asphalt mixes and color asphalt mixes, which can fully meet the needs of building highways, high grade roads, municipal roads, airports and other projects.
In the overall structure of the equipment, except for the drying system and asphalt heating system, the remaining modules are connected in two ways: parallel or stacked in a container structure, so that the modules of each system form a whole, increasing the stability and compactness of the equipment. The connecting platform, railing and climbing ladder between each assembly are pre-installed in each system module through clever optimization design. For example, the 2.5m*3m container used for the hot lift cleverly incorporates the hot lift and wrap-around hover ladder into it, ending the era of cumbersome building platform railings in the past.
If needed (optional base frame), the containerized asphalt mixing plant does not require footing, and can be installed by simply hardening the ground. The complicated connection of the parts is already equipped in the field, and the site only needs to do the simple connection between the modules, which greatly saves the time of installation and commissioning. It is like a mobile asphalt concrete plant, which is a reliable guarantee for large-scale construction.
