Asphalt barrel removal device is mainly composed of barrel removal box, lifting mechanism, hydraulic pusher and electrical control system and other parts. The box is divided into two chambers, the upper chamber is the melting chamber of asphalt barrel, surrounded by heating coils, heating tubes and asphalt barrel mainly by radiation heat exchange, to achieve the purpose of asphalt off barrel.

Adopting integral structure design, it is convenient to install and relocate the equipment; asphalt barrel continuously enters and discharges, and the production is stable; asphalt de-barrel is clean, no hanging wall; workers' labor intensity is small, and the production environment is good; energy saving and environmental protection, heat loss is small, and energy saving is more than 20% than pallet type equipment.
