Crushed petrochemical surface particles are small in size and are compacted by a roller to form a certain strength. After rolling, the particles are compacted to form a thin layer of mutual embedding, and the structural stability is ensured by spreading permeable oil. The upper strength comes from the internal friction angle, and the precompression stress is also a key factor affecting the upper strength. In cement panel crushing, the larger the particle size formed after crushing, the larger the internal friction angle. At the same time, the volume of concrete in the crushing process expands, and the smaller the particle size after crushing, the larger the tendency of expansion formed, and the larger the precompressive stress generated.
The process of crushing petrochemical transformation of old cement concrete pavement inevitably produces some fine concrete particles, and because of the lack of bond between this part of the broken concrete particles, so when water penetrates into this layer, there will be a greater safety hazard. Therefore, before officially implementing the construction of crushed concrete pavement, the construction and inspection of drainage facilities should be done. Drainage can be used in the form of gravel blind trench, to ensure that the drainage layer is set before the implementation of the formal crushed petrochemical construction. Doing the construction of drainage facilities in advance is to make the drainage effect better after the renovation and to ensure the reliability of the soil base and subgrade.
Construction is convenient, the transformation cycle is short, the inductive cost is low; in situ regeneration, environmental protection, no pollution' on the traffic impact is small, the construction period does not need to close all the traffic; broken and compacted concrete pavement close together, internal embedding, high-density material layer to supply higher structural strength of the asphalt surface.
